I have studied traditional teachings, energetic techniques, and western methodologies for decades, all with the intention of helping people find balance and reconnect with their inner wisdom. I bring all of these modalities (and a few more) together into the 21st century to meet the varying needs of my clients.

I am excellent at creating a safe and respectful space where my clients can be fully self-expressed while also keeping things light and fun even as we delve into the deep stuff. Our focus is on gathering insight, awareness and understanding so that each pivotal experience can be processed and integrated as easily and completely as available.
